About me

My name is Luciana Clarke,

I went to university in Brazil to study the equivalent of Sports Science, as I have always been fascinated by sports and movement. Once I finished my studies, I mainly worked with strength training in a personal training approach. My goal has always been to help people achieve their fitness goals through effective and safe exercise routines, along with healthy lifestyle choices.

When I moved to Europe, I discovered the wonders of the Pilates method, which became the cornerstone of my practice and a powerful focus in my work. It provided me with additional tools to guide clients through their movement journeys, empowering them to build strength, flexibility, and balance. My aim is for clients to not only connect with their bodies but also gain a profound understanding of movement, significantly enhancing their overall well-being.

Depending on the intensity and the pace of the class, it can feel very different. This is a full body targeted class, at medium pace, ideal for intermediate level.
