Whether you’re a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, I’ll guide you every step of the way.

 

Classes are sold in 4-week blocks (4 classes for €45). 
Once a block begins, a drop-in option will open if spaces are available. A single class costs €15.

Intermediate Pilates

Intermediate classes will be tailored for a mixed level of ability. Regressions and progressions are offered for most exercises to meet everyone's needs.

Gentle Pilates

Slow paced class focused on mobility and body awareness. Perfect to whom is new to Pilates or to those who just want a feel-good session to move and stretch.

Fit Pilates

Dynamic class focused on functional movement and muscle toning. Suitable for those who have already done Pilates before and want an efficient full body workout.

Efficient and Accessible!

If you're looking to save time on your commute, feel more at ease, or simply prefer to work out at your own pace, online classes offer a convenient way to boost your fitness from the comfort of home.

  • Suitable for all skill levels

  • Duration: 50 minutes

  • Class recordings will be accessible for 3 days post-session.

  • Props such as a Pilates ball and elastic bands may be utilised. If you need assistance with selecting or buying the equipment, feel free to reach out.

About me

My name is Luciana Clarke,

I went to university in Brazil to study the equivalent of Sports Science, as I have always been fascinated by sports and movement. Once I finished my studies, I mainly worked with strength training in a personal training approach. My goal has always been to help people achieve their fitness goals through effective and safe exercise routines, along with healthy lifestyle choices.

When I moved to Europe, I discovered the wonders of the Pilates method, which became the cornerstone of my practice and a powerful focus in my work. It provided me with additional tools to guide clients through their movement journeys, empowering them to build strength, flexibility, and balance. My aim is for clients to not only connect with their bodies but also gain a profound understanding of movement, significantly enhancing their overall well-being.

Depending on the intensity and the pace of the class, it can feel very different. This is a full body targeted class, at medium pace, ideal for intermediate level.
